hiya Henrik,

Creating a business plan is the first thing anyone should do after they
aquired a skill and are ready to sell a service, but saying
"do a business plan" is fairly vague and doesnt really give any direct
professional advice to any aspiring Flash developer trying
to start their own production company. I personally am having to come up
with a new business plan to turn my traditional
illustration studios into a full Interactive produstion company.

I would love to hear other professional advice on how others are
structuring their business plans and maybe
even leaving a couple of links on the subject to help the others of us
that dont have a full fledge production company quite off the
ground yet.

Anyone?
