Include the value="exactfit" and the 100% stuff in your OBJECT and EMBED
tags
and this in your frameset page:
<frame src="somepage.html" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"
scrolling="no">
Or why don't you just say:
<frame src="flashmovie.swf" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"
scrolling="no">
