Hey flashers,

I have a dilemma here. I'm making a virtual tour of JMU 

(http://www.jmu.edu/jmuvr/)

The tour will feature a map of JMU and a compass/navigator to navigate 

around. It will also have a list of the 82 halls found on campus.

When a person clicks on a hall, it will load a movie of a 3D animation of 

the hall, emphasizing its location on the map. This animation will be 8-10k.

I want to find a way to preload these movies while the user is idle or when 

the user is navigating the map. But when the user picks a hall, I want the 

preloading to stop and to load the movie of the hall the user selected.

After the hall the user selected is loaded, I want the preloading to resume.


I know this requires actionscript.


Cheri Harder? Brandon hall?  Can you help me with this?
