Now I am confused... I missed something the first time I read this and now I
am really confused. Oh wait, I get it... you've been paid for the Flash for
the FSH person but not the icons for the LN people... well, disregard what I
said previously... the Flash for FSH has nothing to do with LN does it? If
the Flash file is for the FSH person and going to her and NOT to LN then I
don't think there is much you can do.
Sorry =0)
Jason

Since you did the Flash open for FSH, and you've received payment for that
work, I don't believe it's appropriate to hold back the file. She
paid...she should receive the goods.
The payment performance of the people at LN is not her responsibility. Do
you have a contract with LN? Did you require any monies up front?
Additional monies after a designated point in an agreed upon timeline?
Your friend fullfilled her obligation, you shouldn't hold her responsible
for the actions of another company. Besides you may still get paid, and the
damage to the relationship with your friend may be far more costly.
Just my opinion. Best of luck....
