Not sure what you mean by distorted, but Just bring them in as JPG's, when
you export adjust your quality of the jpg's. The default is 80.
Also remember that if you bring in a 2 X 2 jpg into flash, and inside the
movie you scale it up to 4 x 4 or have the flash movie scale to the size of
the browser, it's really going to start looking bad. Just make sure when
you bring the image in that it matches the largest size that it will end up
in Flash.
