Sorry for the late reply. I think the easiest way to do this is to turn the

bitmap into a symbol (F8 on the mac, not sure about the PC), enter symbol

editing mode and choose File -> Export Image. You have your choice of

formats then (JPG, GIF, EPS, Illustrator file, other good stuff :) and Flash

does a good job of it. Of course that won't give you back any details of

your original files if they had Photoshop layers or something, but it does

provide a nice image to work with.
