I know the tools, but for various upgrade scenarios I would absolutely
defer to the sales folks on the phone. They know the various current
bundles much better than I do.

(And yes, one of the ways that an academic subsidy may be cheaper is if it
does not include a commercial license... I'd defer to the actual license
agreement in that purchase for final word.)
