Hmm, there isn't an "Export" button in the Image Properties dialog. We can
certainly export frames of an animation, but this would require moving
things on the screen.
One easy way of regaining embedded assets is by copy/paste into Fireworks.
If you export the movie as a SWF then it should be possible to parse the
SWF and write out pixel-based assets. Swift-Inspector already does this,
but it may not match your platform:
