Well... This isn't entirely true. Since you're opening a Photoshop file from
within LiveMotion (which can serve as a container for multiple assets being
handed off), you can always save that file somewhere else under another
name. Hence, it's not referencing an external file partly because it doesn't
have to.

Library can contain any object placed on a page, with rollovers and/or
animations attached. Hence, if an animated logo is needed on multiple pages,
it can be dragged to the library and then used several times.

No, again, they ARE PSD's. When you edit original, you're editing a
Photoshop file. And, yes, it's a temp file extracted from LiveMotion.
