FYI - I turned down the presentation job I was asking you folks about last
week ('Dilemma'), as the voice in my head that was saying "WALK!" ws just a
bit louder. And I feel better... sort of.
Anyhoo, I'm now going to create a website for the local astronomy club (of
which I am a member) to get my Flash skills up to snuff, and the first of
what will undoubtedly be many questions is:
I have created an Actions layer. I have an animation that runs up to a point
at which I want to have the movie pause? stop? so that can await the user
clicking on whatever buttons I'm going to eventually have there to click
on... in the Actions dialogue box it gives me (besides other choices) STOP
and LOOP - which of these do I want? I'd think LOOP, but it gives me 'Loop
While()' and a CONDITION box to enter into, and I'm not disseminating either
the manual or my Visual QuickStart book well enough to figure out what to do
with all this.
Thanks again in adavnce!
