The creator of Lua, Roberto Ierusalimschy, is going to be visiting London this month, so the London Lua meetup group are having a special meetup in his honour! They are going to have two short talks, plus a Q&A about Lua with Roberto. They will be giving away a (signed!) copy of the newly released edition of Programming in Lua, hot off the press.

This talk discusses two estimation methods that help us achieve the objective of high quality estimation conducted just-in-time. They are: Dynamic Range Estimation (DRE) and Limited Days Estimation (LDE).
