While I don't agree with the way Stef put it, I raised the same issue a
while back when the FT trumpeted some research (could have been this piece)
about how UK businesses were leading the way in ecommerce. From memory,
they're talking about e-commerce in general i.e. for procurement, b2b
sales, etc. rather than specifically selling to punters. Having said that,
they should be.
