Just a thought, but on the subject of moderators getting sued, surely
that would imply that a trad journalist should indemnify a newspaper
against the consequences of dodgy (technical term) copy...
Commercial lawsuits are of course entirely artificial (in the true
meaning of the word), purely there for financial gain or mitigation
of financial loss... the usual rule of thumb with law is therefore
sue the one with the most.
At the end of the day, should those anally retentive enough to take
umbrage not be suing the internet for existing in the first place?
