No, generally it's the result of lots of conversations with fulfilment

people in the UK and US and our own experience in the UK.  I can't give

specifics as we're always bound by NDA's.

It's on the high side (that's why I said "up to"). I'd guess an average

would be around 0.25-0.5 per order made - but this is only a guess. It also

refers to emails sent before ordering. How many are subsequently received

depends on many things, including how good or bad the fulfilment process is.
