A friendly warning:
The comments I'm hearing about Smile sound very familiar.
A while ago, my girlfriend signed up with the Cooperative Bank's phone
banking service.
She then experienced 12 months of mind-blowing account cock-ups and
diabolical customer service. When she transferred the account to another bank in frustration,
they mucked that up too.
I thought maybe she had been unlucky, but I've since met two people with
near identical experiences. If Smile replicates this, then it'll be
guaranteed a place in the ironic brand-name hall of fame.
