You could try the wonderful http://www.i-revenue.net, written by some UK
based bloke. He also has a UK version, but it's not so comprehensive.
This can be found at http://www.associateprograms.co.uk.
Web based discussions take place at http://www.affiliateforums.com and a
moderated email discussion takes place from http://www.affiliatetalk.net
Umm, that should keep you going.

I'm writing a feature on "earn money while you surf the Net" for a
family-oriented Internet publication. Does anyone know of any *bona
fide*
schemes where you can:
* receive payment for using a particular ISP (or other online service)
* receive money for displaying banner ads
* enter into partnership with reliable third parties (e.g. Amazon books)
and receive commission for selling goods
* receive shares for signing up to a particular Internet service.
I'll also be mentioning scams (including schemes where you sign up for a
service and receive spam).
Any suggestions appreciated.
Jo.
