UKNM: Financial Institutions...

OK, a little question for the group, in light of some research I have been lumbered with on a 

Friday afternoon.


Which financial institution (as in high end fund management, rather than insurance, high street 

bank etc), in your opinion, has the best implemented web strategy/prettiest site? 


In particular I am looking for stickiness through various gadgets/offers/good implementation 

that encourage return business, and migration online of their services. 


 Some biased '...because we did it..' type emails would be wonderful (offlist, so as not to 

offend the venerable Mr Pip), as I am coming up against brick walls trying to investigate 

directly (in the silence following my queries to the institutions themselves, you can almost here 

the whisper "hacker"...) and so much in these types of sites is passworded/hidden in the back 

end.
