UKNM: HTML/Design tools/etc/ training courses

Can anybody recommend a company or individual offering training courses in

the basic skills needed in new media?


At the minimum I'm thinking of HTML basics, use of the popular design tools

(Dreamweaver, FrontPage,etc), and then for the more techie people an overview

of CGI, ASP, the various flavours of HTML/SQL integration, and for the serious

techies some HTTP and server internals, TCP optimisation etc.


I've seen a few courses advertised, but I'm afraid that they may be slow and/or

out of date.  So recommendations would be very welcome !!
