If my experience this weekend with Tesco is anything to go by, it'll be
a shambles!
The order was supposed to be delivered between 10 and 12am on Saturday.
No sign until 12:15 when we get a phone call from Tesco telling us that
their van has broken down (only one?!) and that it'll be an hour late.
At 1:15 we call back to find out what's going on only to be told that
it'll be another 45 minutes. Finally, at 3:30, the order arrives -- with
3 things missing (that we were charged for). The driver told us that
they had a systems failure.
They seem about as reliable as trains!
Compensation? Free delivery and �5 of Clubcard vouchers. Mm.
