Another golden rule for you - repeat business is king. And if you

overpromise (note that "over" bit), you can't deliver. And if you can't

deliver, you don't get a second chance. People visiting boo now won't go

back, unless they spend a few hundred million more on advertising 'the new

boo' a year down the line.
