Ah. This is interesting. Boo.com, the site for people with fast
connections and lots of web savvy, has added a guide for "the user
that is not so accustomed to the web".

If you wanted to design something to guide new users, a good place to
start might have been the interface.

Good UI, whether its the MacOS, Adobe Photoshop, or Yahoo, never needs
to add a "helper" a la the paper clip or Miss Boo, because they've
encoded the explanation of how the system works directly in the
system, and they've sacrificed nothing in the way of complexity or
feature set to get there. This will always win users over faster than
a strategy of "obfustication+explanation".
