Completely, utterly wrong. Cardinal rule of marketing, Ray, as you should

know, is that if you undersell and over deliver your customers are

surprised, happy - and use that wonderful thing known as word of mouth to

spread your greatness around. On the Internet, where word of mouth (or

email) can, and does, spread around the globe in a day, this is doubly true.

Of course there's bad news. If you here from all your peers that a site

sucks, you don't go there. It's as simple as that.
