Isn't this the big problem - when the most highly funded and publicised projects launch with such negative

reactions, all of us are harmed.  Unfortunately, first impressions are very important, and the release of

such an amazingly crap site after such a huge investment is going to make the financial community VERY wary.

booboo had an unstated responsibility to get things right, as it was being viewed by a lot of people both

within and without our industry as an indicator as to the future of online retail.  Personally, I'm very

pissed off that they have dropped the ball so quickly as I think it reflects on us all.
