At the risk of getting shouted down, yes the site is clunky - and would be
especially so on a 56k modem, BUT...
I did find products in there that were hard to find on the high street - and
were often cheaper.
The non-flash version is a must, I will agree - but are we going to act like
this every time a site is ahead of it's time (and, ahem, a little bit late,
too).
I hate pop-up windows at the best of times, but I tried to see past this and
once I got used to the interface I did see quite a few merits. Are we also
suggesting retail sites forever stick to a 'one window' philosophy? Bit
'one-eyed', isn't it?
Miss Boo is, I agree, overkill. But I'd love to meet the guy who was paid to
write all her 'clever' little comments about selected products - ther's a
man with a valid RSI claim!
