this is the huge issue with home delivery - every customers wants their

delivery in the same 2 hour slot on a friday night.  That's why

Waitrose@work is such a cool idea, because it's a large volume, single site

delivery to the office for multiple users.


of course, otherwise you could deliver during the day to the home in a

special box that has two doors and is refrigerated and . . . hang on,

haven't we been here before?
