Not so much a book and to be honest I'm not too convinced it's 

*that* good (never bought it, more furtively flicked through it in the 

newsagents), but a UK focussed publication can be obtained from 

http://www.ukdirectory.co.uk - supposedly it contains everything in 

their entire database - decide for yourself how comprehensive it is.
