Bear in mind definition of the word "user".


In the case of some sureys it means people who have accessed the Internet

(how soever) in the previous 12 months.


If you are after the active group who are reachable by your e-business, you

probably want to ask them to cut this to those who have used the Web in the

previous 4 weeks and intend to do so in the next 4. (Changes the numbers.)
