He's right Felix, he's using Frontpage 3.0 (tech. snob joke).

The technology only gets accepted when it becomes usable - at present, I'd
advise any 'non-techie' to pay for a service which gives them free
support, because they're almost certain to need it at some point. I think
Freeserve ought to be more attractive to many 'techie' users, as they are
less likely to need help.

Its important for first time or new users to the Internet to have all the
help they need, or they won't discover many important aspects of its use
(like Meta tags Andy). As they sit there without help, they'll hate the
Internet, the PC itself, the modem, and decide that its all overhyped
nonsense that isn't worth looking at. And maybe they'll realise that with
a free service, you get what you pay for...
