Dear John, et al,

I've switched to BT using ISDN, and the free access last weekend end worked
fine. No failed connections/engaged tones.

However, I should point on one thing. If your connection is idle for 20
minutes the connection drops, and also there is a maximum time limit of 2
hours online before you are disconnected, but you can reconnect immediately.

All in all, I think it's a great deal and many other monthly charge ISP's
will probably follow suit in the coming months.

Although it will be interesting to see how it copes as more people become
aware of the offer. We shall see.

Before I go, I should introduce myself. I've been receiving the digest of
the list for some months now, but this is the first time I've posted. My
name is Edward Bownass, and I work for Global Gold. We offer a range of web
hosting services, and also operate the 2b portal site.

I look forward to participating on the list in the future, and I hope the
list grows somewhat as I can't help but notice the traffic of the list is
fairly light.

Yours,
---
