At the risk of sounding v v v patronising - apologies upfront here because I
might have misconstrued you - you do know that what you described is in the
UK at least deemed a lottery and therefore illegal? Free to enter = skill
element necessary (however pathetic/low the skill level required is). At
least that's what the dear old Institute of Sales Promotion always drummed
into me when I was young ( and that was a long long time ago).

Check 'em out - they should bea ble to advise on Europe standards too. I
suspect though that just as it is with data protection legislation the UK
standard is pretty stringent
