Well netbenefit did try and do something. Unfortunately the person they got

to deal with the issue appears to be unable to read, assumed that I was

responsable for the domains and then took serious exception (with one of the

rudest messages I have ever seen) when I explicitly stated for the SECOND

time that I had nothing to do with the NHS.


So if the person who passed on my original message to Karen Taylor is on the

list may I suggest you ask here to apologise and tell me where to send my

invoice to. Usually, I don't mind wasting time but thanks to her final email

I'm going to charge for the time I wasted here (and then pass on the

donation to my local hospital).
