Don't know if Marcel Berlins is on this list, but I seem to remember

(probably inaccurately) that libel kicked in when TheSite's standing was

lowered "in the eyes of their peers" or "caused to be made ridicule of" 

-  which in this case seems quite likely ;-)


Any journalists want to clarify the legal position?
