Roger,

     you seem to be having problems with your terminology.In the second

sentence you use the words "they" and "their". I just went to the "About us"

section of "this" site and found the following;


The team is headed by Roger Fenton, a highly successful advertising

executive who has invested the best part of a year in devising the unique

strategies that will take Just35.com all the way to the top


I think the terms you were looking for were "our" and "my". Mind you

,grammer was never my strong point.
