Can't give any advice on this myself but we've just

released this Seminar online: 


   Data Protection Act 1998 Key Issues for Solicitors

it's directed more towards solicitors however could be

of help and you can always post up some questions in

the forum. You'll need IE and Windows Media Player to

get the full effect - and you will need to register

but it's all free.


We've just launched so the Forum isn't exactly

overflowing with comments at the moment ;o)


I would appreciate any comments anyone may have on it
