It's got to be a team thang, with good leadership (i.e. those able to get
the best out of their people, not dictators)

I often laugh at, in this day and age, job ads that ask for excellence with
all of C++, Perl, HTML, ASP, Java, Director, Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator
and handy with a pen and paper.

I wonder if it affects other industries? Wanted - experienced heart surgeon
to come and be an architect on a new hospital plan, as well as doing a bit
of heart surgery on the side.
