UKNM: Need advice on marketing staffing and salaries

We'll be spending �5m p.a. on marketing our B2B site.  We'll be relying

heavily on marketing agencies, and hiring a marketing dept. of just 3:

a manager, a coordinator and an administrator. My questions are:


1)  will we have to make the manager's job a board level position in order

to attract good candidates?

2) how much should we budget for salaries? (assuming we give out a healthy

allocation of shares as well)
