UKNM: Has anyone done a web site audit

I have been asked by a client to do a web site audit, taking into account

design, navigation, technology implementation etc. I will tell them tomorrow

that we are not qualified to do this, but would like to bring in another

agency who is.


If you have done an audit before and can produce a report using objective

criteria and/or comparisons where possible please let me know. What I want

is an audit, though, not an opinion. And it would include mundane things

like checking every hotlink.


I will need a cost estimate based on a pretty bog-standard corporate site

(ie it ain't a big portal or mega shopping site). Any fees would be

recharged to the client at cost (I don't want any commission) so long as you

did a good job.


If you are interested, please let me know immediately - I have to tell the

client tomorrow.
