UKNM: ODP

One problem with the ODP is that while the ODP is bang up to date, many of 

the sites that use it, e.g. altavista.com, hotbot.com, etc, fail to 

regularly update their local copy. Both of the afore-mentioned sites 

include an ODP category that was deleted in a streamlining exercise before 

Christmas.
