UKNM: Boo positive

I've just ordered and recieved a Helly Hensen jacket from boo.com - 40%

off, free delivery, and their fulfillment rocks.


It was DHL'd from Sweden in a lovely boo box with a neat boo envelope with

everything I needed clearly printed and explained, including the free

return DHL instructions if it was the wrong size or I didn't want it.


When fulfillment this good is lying behind an e-commerce operation, it's a

shame they've suffered so much from stupid design decisions.


As one of the main boo detractors early on I'm not (quite) eating my words

(even on a broadband line the site did everything possible to prevent me

from buying the jacket), but with a massively simplified and rationalised

site design and fair prices, I'd buy again for sure.


(But they must be losing hand over fist on 40% off and free delivery)
