Do not forget also that due to the convergence of the broadcasting and

computer worlds that it will not be too long before those owning computers

will have to pay for TV licenses as well. While this should not affect most

homes, who already have TVs, it will affect small businesses who don't.

This tax on computers is already being actively advocated among some Labour

MPs.
