Given that it was the portal to the Ealing ADSL trial, part of the "vetting"
procedure for applicants was that they would use (cub's honor) IE4 - as a
lot of the "high-bandwidth" features were all IE4 DHTML based. This
assumption is of course super busted now that the site is effectively a
public domain. I bet everyone on the ADSL trial used the portal everyday and
didn't just network up their house via a proxy server. Oh no.
