Ah! The notorious one in a million case strikes a

chord again.


Even though the courts ruled that the activities of

One in a Million were illegal, that decision was based

on blatant infringment of copyright laws.  I would

have thought that people would be a bit more wary of

trying a similar act again.


It would be easier to comment, if we new the title of

the DN in question.
