For anyone trying to find the Web site for the Kosovo appeal, the

Having hoped that TV and radio news would have directed people to the
Web site as well as the phone number, it took some time trying to locate
this URL.

Alas, the site does not seem to have any online donation forms, just
listing the phone number and postal address for cheques.
