At this point, you are better off using that book as a
foundation, then finding advanced information on the
web sites that have been mentioned (and any sites
those link to), and utilizing this list.

I believe John C. has a more advanced book coming out
in October, but that may or may not cover what you are
looking for.

Good luck, and feel free to use this list if you get
stumped on something -- it's a great resource with
lots of wonderful "listees."
