I do but none of my work is up, in terms of the button click going to the
URL I need to display after the Click yes the page is already up though I
have not been able to see the jump from the Flash movie to the URL. I assume
the Preview wont shoot me over to a page when using the Get URL action. Is
it supposed to get the URL in a new window as specified of does the preview
screen no do that.

get url won't go in a new window unless you tell it to. it defaults to
_self.#

I'm not 100% sure of what you're trying to achive really...
