My 2 cents:


Streaming -- 20 kbps, Stereo, Fast.


Works for me, but experiment to see what works best for you.


I had a Homer Simpson wav clip I was playing with it sounded fine till

I tried to actually test it, it sounded like he was in slow motion... really

really weird. Yet the rest of the wavs I've tried sound great, no problems

with them
