Only the first frame of a movie clip is exported when converting to a
non-interactive movie format like animated gifs. Also the movie will be
converted frame by frame in sequence ingnoring all branching (Go To and
Tell Tagets).
You need to convert all your animation to play on the main timeline.
Convert you movie clips to animated graphics by changing their Behaviors
to Graphic and making sure they are on a layer where there is sufficient
empty frames following the keyframe of the Movie Clip (now with Animated
Graphic Behavior) to play out on the main timelinee.
