FLASH: Dynamic menu creation by reading text into variables

Hi-


I KNOW I saw something that would have helped me a few days ago on the list,

but this list is so hightraffic I lost track of it. 


I want to create a nav using external text files.  I can see how to read in

text to variables, but I haven't yet seen anything about parsing the text so

that every line becomes a new menu item.  How would this be done in Flash?  Is

there some delimiter function I'm missing that could be used to identify items

in a list instead of just seeing a big string?
