if you go to www.macromedia.com/software/dreamweaver and search for aug 99
update - it'll return you a nifty little update pack with an improved
detector that won't send yopu to the plugin page. it's a combination of ie5
and flash 4 that seems to be the problem, but it's easily solved with the
updater (i have it here if you can't find it)

Flash page works for me on IE5/ Flash 4/Win98.
