Hope this helps,

Create a new layer and in the first frame right click (windows, not sure
about mac, probably option click) select properties from drop down menu and
then select the actions tab.

Click on the + symbol and select FS Command. In the Command window on the
right enter fullscreen and in the box below (arguments) enter true.

That's it.

Now when the swf is run press ESC and create projector. Then you can use
this projector for your screensaver source file and when the screensaver is
run it will run at full screen.
